KEiBA Award makes it two in a row for Red Alert Telecare Red Alert Telecare has picked up its second major business award in a matter of months - this time as the best new business in Kent. The company was last night (2 July) named Start Up Business of the Year at the Kent Excellence in Business Awards (KEiBA). The award, presented to Managing Director Clive Gawler at a glittering ceremony in the grounds of Leeds Castle, comes hard on the heels of Red Alert Telecare being named Most Promising New Business at the Kent Invicta Chamber awards in March. The KeiBA award was described by Clive as "a tribute to the dedication of the whole team, from office staff to engineers, that has worked so hard to establish Red Alert Telecare as a leader in its field in such a short time." He added: "Red Alert Telecare provides the whole range of Telecare services with the exception of monitoring, and has found a unique niche by responding professionally and effectively to the individual needs of each local authority. "While some just require Red Alert Telecare to install the equipment, others have asked the company to hold stock, set up and run maintenance schedules, maintain a database of users or even operate an appointment system for clients. "This user focus has resulted in Red Alert Telecare achieving huge growth in the past two-and-a-half years - growth that both these awards have recognised."
